I borrowed this word from Gene Wolfe, who used it to describe the color of a protagonist's clothing. It doesn't have any particular meaning for me, these days, but few other people use it, so it makes a useful pseudonym.
If you're reading my blog, someone probably pointed you here, and you probably already know who I am. If you don't, I'm Kiterie's husband, the father of a very odd little girl, an expatriate mud coder who gave up the scene when he got married, and an errant computer geek whose career arc can be best described as: nomadic.
